About cookies on this site.
Last updated: 28 April 2026
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, understand how visitors use it, and (if you consent) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Below is the full breakdown of which services we use and what cookies they set.
Essential cookies
These are required for the site to function — security, session management, bot protection and form submission. They cannot be turned off and are set regardless of your consent choice.
- HubSpot (consent banner, session) — sets
__hssc,__hssrc,__hs_cookie_cat_pref. Required for the consent banner to remember your choice and for forms to attribute submissions to your session. - hCaptcha (bot protection) — used on the newsletter signup form. Sets cookies on the hCaptcha domain to detect automated submissions.
- Vercel (hosting and security) — does not set cookies on offshoredays.com, but processes request metadata (IP, user agent) for routing and DDoS protection.
Analytics cookies (optional — require consent)
With your consent, these help us understand which content works, which pages convert, and where visitors drop off. We use this in aggregate — not to identify individual users.
- HubSpot Analytics — sets
__hstc,hubspotutk. Tracks page views, form attribution and (over time) which pages contribute to a booking or enquiry. - Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID
G-V25XRFC876) — sets_ga,_ga_V25XRFC876. Aggregated visitor statistics with anonymised IP. Behaves under Google Consent Mode v2 — no cookies are set until you accept.
Marketing cookies (optional — require consent)
With your consent, we measure the performance of our paid campaigns so we can spend marketing budget on what actually drives exhibitor and visitor sign-ups.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner id
6847409) — setsli_giant,lidc,UserMatchHistory,AnalyticsSyncHistory(and similar) on the LinkedIn domain. Used to measure conversions from LinkedIn ad campaigns and to build retargeting audiences. Loaded only after you accept marketing cookies.
Cookieless analytics
The following services do not set cookies, do not fingerprint and do not require consent under GDPR. We use them in addition to (not instead of) the consent-gated analytics above.
- Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly page-view counts.
- Vercel Speed Insights — Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) measured from real browsers, used to keep the site fast.
Third-party services that don't set cookies on offshoredays.com
When you submit a form or load certain features, data is sent to these processors. They don't set cookies on this site, but they receive data that you submit.
- Make.as / Newsmail (Dialog AS) — handles newsletter signups from the footer and the registration page.
- HubSpot Forms — receives stand-booking, brochure-download and hall-map reservation submissions for routing to the sales team.
- Supabase — provides exhibitor and stand-availability data to the interactive hall map. Read-only API calls; no personal data submitted from your browser.
Changing your choice
You can accept or decline analytics and marketing cookies on first visit. To change your choice later, click in the footer of any page. Declining will remove existing analytics and marketing cookies on your next visit.
How to manage cookies in your browser
You can also control cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies or delete existing cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site (e.g. the consent banner will keep re-appearing).
