Reach out
Use the booking form or contact the sales team. We send you the hall map and available positions.

Choose your stand
Select size, package type, position, and any add-ons. We lock the stand for 10 days while you confirm internally.

Sign and pay
Countersigned contract, deposit invoice, and your stand is confirmed on the hall map.
04
Plan and show up
Delivery schedules, build windows, Lead Scanner setup. Full exhibitor briefing six weeks out.

What exhibitors want to know first.
How much does it cost to exhibit at OTD TechDays 2026?
Standard stand packages start at NOK 51,800 for 12 m² and scale to NOK 145,400 for 36 m². Plug & Play turn-key packages start at NOK 85,100. Space Only is sold per square metre from NOK 3,900/m². A registration fee of NOK 5,000 is included in all package prices except Space Only. Co-exhibitor slots are NOK 5,000 per company. See the full price list.
What's included in a Standard stand package?
Shell-scheme walls (2.50 m), stand sign with company name, Oktoberfest tickets (1–4 depending on stand size), access to all networking events, and listing on offshoredays.com and in the printed Exhibition Guide. The registration fee is included in the price.
What's the difference between Standard and Plug & Play?
Plug & Play is turn-key — everything in the Standard package plus full stand design, electrical (3 kW, 2 outlets), and furnishings. You arrive, plug in, and start meetings. Standard requires you to coordinate fit-out and furniture separately. For teams that want zero stand-build coordination, Plug & Play is the time-saver.
Is there still stand area available?
As of late April 2026, around 86% of stand area is booked or reserved. The most popular sizes (15–24 m²) are filling first, and prime positions in Hall B go quickly. Live availability is on the hall map.
How do I book a stand?
