Is OTD TechDays free for visitors?
Yes — visitor entry is free, but you need to register in advance. Registration opens later in 2026; leave your email and we will notify you the moment it opens.
When does visitor registration open?
Registration opens later in 2026 (typically late summer / early autumn). The link will be on this page and on /register/. We will email everyone who signed up for notifications.
How do I get to Sotra Arena from Bergen?
Three options: free shuttle bus from Bergen Airport (Flesland) (~25 minutes), free shuttle bus from Bergen city centre (~15–20 minutes, stops at the main hotels), or Bergen Taxi (07000), our official taxi partner. Shuttle times publish in August. Full travel info.
Is there parking at Sotra Arena?
No — there is no parking at Sotra Arena during the event. Use the park-and-ride at Kystbygarasjen, where a free shuttle runs continuously between the garage and the venue (~3 minutes). Or use the shuttle bus from Bergen.

What is the Oktoberfest?
An evening networking event on Day 1 (Wednesday 14 October, 19:00–23:00, Hall A) — 1,000 industry professionals, dinner and entertainment. The biggest social moment of the event. Entry is included with the standard exhibitor packages and certain sponsor packages; visitors can normally buy tickets closer to the event.
