Participation terms.
Last updated: 23 April 2026
These terms apply to visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, and anyone using the offshoredays.com website or attending OTD TechDays 2026. By registering, booking a stand, or entering the venue, you accept these terms.
Visitor attendance
Visitor registration is free and personal. Badges are non-transferable. OTD AS reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke badges for behaviour that disrupts the event or other attendees.
Exhibitor terms
Full exhibitor terms are specified in the signed exhibitor contract. Key points:
- Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after contract and deposit.
- Build and breakdown times are strictly enforced for venue safety.
- Cancellation policy is defined in the contract — refunds diminish the closer to event date.
- Sharing or subletting a stand requires written approval.
Photography and filming
OTD AS, its partners, and accredited media may photograph and film the event for promotional and editorial use. If you do not wish to be identifiable in these materials, contact us on arrival.
Health and safety
Sotra Arena's house rules apply. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their own stand and any equipment they bring. Emergency procedures are displayed at all entrances.
Code of conduct
We expect all attendees to treat each other with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour is not tolerated and will result in removal from the event without refund.
Changes and cancellation
OTD AS reserves the right to modify the programme, venue layout, or exhibitor list as circumstances require. In the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, etc.), we will aim to reschedule or refund per the exhibitor contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
