What's included in your stand
Stand rental includes:
- White wall panels (H = 2,500 mm · W = 990 mm)
- Stand sign with company name, stand number and hall
Everything else must be ordered separately via Bergen Expo's webshop — including power (not included), flooring/carpet (not included), lighting, furniture, water connection and wired internet.

Social events
Included tickets for OTD GetTogether and Oktoberfest come with your stand package. Distribute them to crew and guests via the exhibitor portal.

Exhibitors serving food on the stand must follow hygiene, storage and food safety regulations.
- Avoid food contamination
- Adequate refrigeration must be in place
- Check temperature when heating and cooking
- Use clean equipment
- Hand washing or disposable cloths available

All exits and emergency routes must be cleared by 16:00 Tuesday. You may continue rigging your own stand until 21:00, but trucks, forklifts and trolleys cannot be used in halls or corridors after 16:00.
Personnel registration
All stand personnel must be registered on arrival. Pre-register your staff in the portal — exhibitor badges will be ready when you arrive.

Three options for getting goods to your stand. TL Logistikk is the official logistics partner.
- Let TL Logistikk transport your goods — email with number of items, dimensions and weight. Deadline: Friday 2 October 2026.
- Send goods in advance to TL Logistikk's warehouse — they receive packages before Sotra Arena's goods reception opens and deliver to your stand on setup day.
TL Logistikk AS, Hjortlandsvegen 1, NO-5135 Flaktveit - Deliver directly to Sotra Arena — goods reception opens Wednesday 7 October. Must be booked with TL Logistikk by 2 October.

OTD Free Carry Service
The Free Carry Service helps you move goods to and from your stand. Clearly marked and available on setup days.
Pre-ordered equipment
Equipment ordered before the deadline will be delivered or installed at your stand before setup begins at 08:00 on the first setup day.

Lead Scanner — free for all exhibitors
Scan visitor badges directly from your stand using the lead scanner in the exhibitor portal. All leads are collected in your portal account and can be exported as CSV after the show.

Process
- Empty boxes are moved into the hall after carpet removal begins
- Carpet removal starts immediately after the show closes
- Power disconnected 15 minutes after closing time on the last show day
- Water, drainage and compressed air disconnected immediately after closing time
During breakdown
- All personnel must be registered
- Hi-vis vest and safety shoes as during setup
- Source sorting — use the waste bins in the hall
Parking
Kystbygarasjen. Free shuttle to venue throughout the show. No parking at Sotra Arena during the event — short-term loading/unloading only during setup and breakdown.
Shuttle bus
Free shuttle from Bergen city centre and Bergen Airport Flesland. Schedule published at offshoredays.com before the show.
Accommodation
Book accommodation yourself. We recommend Bergen city centre for easy access to the shuttle buses.
WiFi
Free WiFi available in all halls. Speed cannot be guaranteed with many simultaneous users. For high-demand use, order a wired internet connection via the webshop.

- What's included in the stand rental?
- White wall panels (H 2,500 mm · W 990 mm) and a stand sign with company name, stand number and hall. Power and carpet are not included — order separately via Bergen Expo's webshop.
- Can I build a stand with a roof or extra height?
- Yes, but special builds that are taller or wider than the standard walls, or include a roof, require approval from OTD in advance. Contact us at team@otdenergy.com in good time.
- Where do I order extra equipment and services?
- Via Bergen Expo's webshop: nettbutikk-tmu.no. Deadline 11 September — +25 % after, +50 % from 25 September.
- Can I send goods to the venue in advance?
- Yes. Send to TL Logistikk's warehouse (Hjortlandsvegen 1, Flaktveit) — they deliver to your stand on setup day. Goods reception at Sotra Arena opens 7 October. Booking deadline with TL Logistikk: Friday 2 October.
- How do I register stand personnel?
- Via the exhibitor portal at portal.offshoredays.com. Pre-register your crew — exhibitor badges will be ready on arrival.
- How do I distribute tickets to GetTogether and Oktoberfest?
- Log in to portal.offshoredays.com → Tickets → Crew / Guests. The number of included tickets is shown per stand. Extra Oktoberfest tickets can also be ordered through the portal.
- Where do I park?
- At Kystbygarasjen. Free shuttle to Sotra Arena throughout the show. No parking at the arena during show days — short-term loading/unloading only during setup and breakdown.
